Monday

Counterclockwise Loop of Lake Sammamish, NO DROP, Road Bikes preferred, Tri Bikes allowed. Lights are Mandatory. Ave Speed 14-18mph

Optional Meet at Idylwood Park at 5:45, routes vary, Road Bikes and Lights mandatory. Approx distance 30-45 miles, 19-25mph.

Many team members choose to ride together after team swim, however this is a non-coached, non-structured Group Ride

*Swim4Tri

Offered twice weekly, Tuesday and Thursday.

Session 1) 5:45am - 6:45am 

Session 2) 6:45am - 7:45am

Developed and run by Coach Ben, Swim4Tri is a multi-level, triathlon-specific swim and dry-land training program (freestyle only). No triathlon experience is necessary, but participants must be able to swim 500 yards of Freestyle and be comfortable in the water.

Swim4Tri is held year round in the outdoor pool at the Samena Swim and Recreation Club, a member-based, family recreation club located in the Lake Hills neighborhood of east Bellevue since 1958.

Offered on weekends at Samena Swim and Recreation Club, requires Swim punchcard which can be purchased via Mindbody.
